Are the pairs of sneakers 100% authentic and brand new?
Absolutely. All our pairs of sneakers come exclusively from the brands' official distribution networks (Nike, Adidas, etc.). They are new, never worn, and delivered in their original box.
Can I send you my own items to be customized?
Yes, subject to feasibility. You can entrust us with a new pair of sneakers or a leather good (bag, wallet, jacket). Simply contact us via the quote form, specifying the material and the condition of your item.
What types of media do you work on?
We create custom designs on sneakers, leather goods (bags, pouches), small leather goods (card holders, passport covers), pet accessories (collars, leashes), and other genuine leather items.
What is the production lead time?
As each project is entirely handmade in our workshop in France, please allow an average of 1 to 2 weeks for artisanal production after order confirmation + delivery.
Is the paint resistant to rain and daily wear and tear?
Yes. We use professional acrylic paints specifically formulated for leather flexibility, sealed with high-end technical finishing varnishes. Your items are resistant to water, splashes, and the natural creases from walking.
How do I clean my custom sneakers or leather items?
Gently clean by hand with a slightly damp sponge or microfiber cloth and mild soap (Marseille soap). Strictly avoid machine washing, tumble drying, hard brushes, and solvents (acetone, bleach, alcohol).
Can I cancel or return a personalized item?
In accordance with the Consumer Code (art. L. 221-28), items made to measure or clearly personalized are not eligible for the right of withdrawal. Each custom-made order is therefore firm and final once production has begun.
